The Loan Processor supports Loan Officers in processing all necessary mortgage application forms and documents from Loan Officers for underwriting purposes. You will also respond to inquiries related to lending programs and interact with originators and Attorneys to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications. Knowledge of state and federal compliance laws and regulations as well as knowledge of Secondary Market Underwriting requirements required.
