Senior Credit Analyst
In this position you will be responsible to perform independent in depth credit and financial statement analysis to assess and evaluate the financial condition of businesses which have obtained or seek to obtain credit from the bank. Preparation of written credit analysis/reviews on credits ranging from $250M – $10MM. Will also note any deviations from the Loan Policy and Loan Covenants as appropriate.
Must be able to independently analyze financial statements, and supplementary information, and perform detailed evaluation of customers credit capacities as well as provide detailed reports outlining the financial condition of prospective and present borrowers. The individual must possess significant knowledge and experience to perform a highly detailed analysis of a customer’s Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flow.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; in economics, accounting, business or finance (or its equivalent through specialized education in credit analysis). Strong PC skills are required with experience with OnePoint or financial statements spreading software preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking environment.

Courier/Custodian – Part Time
In this position, you will be responsible for running all mailroom equipment, delivering mail, documents and packages from the post office and branches. In addition, you will be responsible for general custodial duties as assigned. This is a year round part time position.
A High School diploma is required as well as a current Massachusetts Driver’s License. This position requires the successful candidate be able to regularly lift and or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The successful candidate will be available to work Monday – Thursday 3-8 and Saturday 2-6

In this position, you will be responsible for keeping the buildings and premises clean and orderly. As well, as assist other members of the Facilities team.

Part Time Teller – Norwell
In addition to performing the operational duties of a teller, you will be required to become familiar with all retail banking products and services, cross-selling and referring the banks products and services to our customers and consistently meeting or exceeding established sales goals.

Retail Supervisor – Hunt Street
In this position, you will assist customers with new account services including processing transactions and actively cross selling all Bank products. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and proven sales and leadership skills. Strong product knowledge of all banking products is necessary to enable the Bank to meet and exceed established sales goals. In this position, you will support the Retail Manager in meeting regulatory compliance, following safety and soundness procedures, and motivating, and developing team members. The successful candidate should be willing to represent the Bank in community related activities through volunteerism.
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College; or one to two years of related experience and /or training required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience required.
This is a full time position, Monday - Saturday with Tuesday as a scheduled day off during the week.
