Credit Analyst I

 The Credit Department has a full time opportunity for a Credit Analyst I.

The successful candidate will assess and evaluate the financial condition of businesses which have obtained or seek to obtain, credit from the bank.  In this position, you will perform credit analysis and review data on existing loans as well as loans being renewed.

An Associate’s Degree from a two year college or university, in accounting, business or finance or its equivalent through specialized education in credit analysis is required.  Strong PC skills are required; experience with financial statements spreading software is preferred.

Part Time Teller – Norwell

In addition to performing the operational duties of a teller, you will be required to become familiar with all retail banking products and services, cross-selling and referring the banks products and services to our customers and consistently meeting or exceeding established sales goals.

Qualifications:  A High School Diploma or GED is required, good keyboarding skills and proven cash handling skills. The successful candidate should be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 11-2 and Saturday 9-1.

Part Time Teller – Carriage Crossing

Retail Branch Manager

In this position, you will assume the overall responsibility for the operations and sales functions of a Branch office.  Primary duties include ensuring the safety and security of the branch by following and maintaining regulatory guidelines; full accountability for all branch balancing, compliance & audit procedures; participation in external business development calls; servicing of new customers accounts to include processing transactions and actively cross selling all Bank products.  Candidate will also actively motivate, coach and develop retail staff members to meet and exceed individual and branch sales goals.  

The successful candidate will have proven leadership, strong communication, organizational, customer service, and product knowledge skills, as well as have a strong individual sales performance record that meets or exceeds established goals.   Also required is active involvement in maintaining productive relationships within the community and civic associations and will serve as committee or board members.   Candidates must also have a willingness to keep current with educational requirements and supports education training for staff members.  

A minimum of an Associate’s Degree and 3 -5 years of related experience and/or training in a Bank or Branch setting.  A Bachelors Degree is preferred.  Previous supervisory experience is required.
